America Pool Savers LLC ("APS") is a fiberglass pool product sales and independent project advisory company. APS may sell fiberglass pool shells and related equipment and may provide customers with educational information, planning tools, estimated cost ranges, suggested project sequencing, document organization, quote comparison assistance, and contact information for independent third-party providers.

APS is not acting as a licensed pool contractor, general contractor, residential contractor, building contractor, construction manager, architect, engineer, electrician, plumber, permit holder, inspector, or agent of the customer or any third-party provider.

APS does not:

• Perform or contract for pool construction or installation.
• Provide, employ, or control construction labor.
• Supervise, direct, or control construction methods, jobsite safety, or third-party work.
• Pull, hold, approve, or guarantee permits or inspections.
• Sign construction contracts or permit documents on behalf of the customer.
• Receive or distribute customer payments for construction labor, permits, engineering, electrical work, plumbing, excavation, crane services, decking, or other third-party services.
• Guarantee the performance, pricing, availability, schedule, licensing, insurance, or workmanship of any third-party provider.

All construction, installation, engineering, permitting, excavation, crane, plumbing, electrical, decking, inspection, and other regulated work must be performed under separate agreements between the customer and appropriately licensed and insured professionals. The customer is solely responsible for selecting, verifying, hiring, contracting with, scheduling, directing, and paying each provider directly.

Any third-party names or contact information provided by APS are offered solely as a convenience and do not constitute an endorsement, warranty, partnership, employment relationship, or guarantee. Customers should independently verify licenses, insurance, references, qualifications, pricing, and contract terms before hiring any provider.

If a property owner elects to act as an owner-builder, the owner is solely responsible for determining legal eligibility, obtaining the appropriate permits, complying with all state and local requirements, hiring properly licensed trades when required, coordinating inspections, maintaining jobsite safety, and accepting all associated legal and financial responsibilities. APS's advisory services do not make APS the contractor of record and do not transfer the owner-builder's responsibilities to APS.

All budgets, timelines, cost ranges, potential savings, and project examples are estimates provided for general informational purposes only. Actual results vary based on property conditions, access, soil, engineering, permitting requirements, local codes, HOA restrictions, material prices, provider availability, and customer selections. No specific cost, savings amount, permit approval, completion date, or project outcome is guaranteed.

Fiberglass pool shells and equipment are sold subject to the applicable sales agreement and manufacturer warranty. APS is not responsible for damage, defects, delays, or failures caused by transportation performed by others, improper storage, site conditions, installation, modification, maintenance, misuse, or work performed by third parties.
